  4. Be respectful of inhabited zones. If you know someone is based in a neighborhood, let them have it. If you need to loot a house to eat or heal etc on your way through, absolutely do so, but please do not go in and loot an entire neighborhood or town after someone as already claimed a safehouse there. Move on and find your own territory.
